About

Dear Patient,

As people practice social distancing and non-essential businesses begin to close in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, we want you to know that your health remains our top priority. While we remain open to see patients, we are doing our best to maintain safe practices. Also, we are implementing a telehealth program so that we may continue to serve our patients during this difficult time.

If you have a currently scheduled appointment, you will be receiving a call from our staff to either keep your appointment or change to a telehealth visit. Many of the services that we provide can be performed through live audio-visual communication, such as FaceTime, Skype or WhatsApp chat.

If you have healthcare needs in the coming weeks, including routine follow-up appointments, please reach out to our office to schedule an appointment. If possible, we will set up an appointment for you to video chat with your provider. For visits that cannot be completed remotely will still see patients in the office. We are working to implement measures to maintain social distancing and keep everyone safe and healthy during this time.

If you are not feeling well, have a fever, cough, sore throat, cold or other illness, PLEASE STAY HOME! We can reschedule or accommodate you via telemedicine.

Stay safe and well!
Dr. Michael Dennis and Staff
